Mobile Food Vendors at Stanford
R&DE Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries (SDHA) manages the Mobile Food Vendor program to offer additional variety and catering options to campus dining. A diverse range of flavorful cuisines are available on a weekly basis, or for your special event.
Only Stanford students, faculty and staff may book a Food Truck, Food Stand, Food Tent, or other Mobile Food Vendor. Mobile Food Vendors may only be reserved to serve at university sponsored events and may only serve on the Stanford historic and Redwood City campuses with prior written approval by R&DE SDHA.
Please note: Stanford students must first consult with the Office of Student Engagement before requesting a mobile food vendor. For more information, please visit their website.

Mobile Food Vendors do not accept meal plan dollars or Cardinal Dollars.
Book a Mobile Food Vendor
Request a food truck, food stand, food tent, or other mobile food vendor for a special event on campus -- hosted by your group/department or pay-by-customer.

Mobile Food Vendor Policies
In order to meet university requirements, all Mobile Food Vendors must be approved by and reserved through R&DE Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries. With the exception of construction food trucks, mobile food vendors may only sell at campus locations approved by SDHA.
